Terms of Service
Last updated: September 12, 2026. These terms govern access to the API ("the Service") and its console.
1. Purpose
The Service provides, upon authenticated request, reCAPTCHA v3 / Enterprise tokens issued by Google for pages that have been previously validated and entered in a registry. The Service guarantees neither the score assigned by Google nor the acceptance of the token by the target site.
2. Account and key
Each client receives a private key. The client is solely responsible for it, agrees to keep it server-side, and to request its rotation in case of doubt. Any task created with the key is deemed to originate from the client.
3. Permitted use
The client represents that it has the right to automate interactions with the pages it submits, in compliance with applicable law and the terms of the sites concerned. The following are prohibited: fraud, identity theft, mass account creation for abusive purposes, infringement of third-party rights, and any use contrary to law. The Service reserves the right to refuse validation of a page or to suspend a key in the event of a breach.
4. Billing
Only tasks that reach the ready state are billed, at the published rates. Rejections, full queues, rate limits, reCAPTCHA updates pending validation, failures on our side, and Service interruptions are not billed. Invoices are payable upon receipt.
5. Availability
The Service is provided "as is". Absent an Enterprise contractual commitment, no availability is guaranteed. The /healthz and /readyz routes and the status page provide real-time information.
6. Data
The Service retains no task parameters, no plaintext keys, and no tokens. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
The Service's liability is limited to the amount billed to the client over the last three months. The Service is not responsible for the consequences of the use of tokens on target sites.
8. Termination
Either party may end the relationship at any time. Billed tasks remain due. The key is revoked upon termination.
