Billing questions
How do I pay?
By card: a pay-as-you-go monthly subscription (Starter, Pro) or prepaid credits as a one-time payment, both from your account. Enterprise is invoiced monthly at custom pricing.
Subscription or prepaid credits?
Credits suit one-off volume or testing: no commitment, no expiration. A subscription suits steady volume: billed every month on tokens actually produced. The two stack: credits are used first, then the subscription takes over.
Can I use my own proxy?
Yes, with the RecaptchaV3Task type and the proxy field. The rate is the same; the quality of your network egress then determines the score. The proxy is neither logged nor retained.
Is there a minimum?
Starter starts at 1,000 tokens. Pro starts at 100,000 tokens per month; below that, the Starter rate applies automatically to the same account.
How much does page validation cost?
It is included in Pro (one page) and Enterprise (unlimited). On Starter, it is quoted based on the complexity of the target page.
What happens if reCAPTCHA is updated mid-month?
Tasks rejected during revalidation are not billed. Pro and Enterprise customers are notified at the start and at the end of the operation.
Can I get a trial?
Yes: request a trial key limited to a few hundred tokens on registry pages. It lets you validate the integration before any commitment.
How is volume measured?
By the number of tasks that reached the ready state over the calendar month, visible in your report. Task metadata is authoritative; the tokens themselves are never retained.
